just a quick post to say what cheeses i have chosen for my cheeseboard, it will make more sense to anyone who is not in my class when you see what i do with it lol
1. parmigano reggiano
2. buffalo mozzarella
3. greek feta
4. Boursin
5. pepper jack
6. good ol cheddar
